Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with Te Ao Tae Creative. We aim to process and ship all orders as quickly and carefully as possible.
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Please note that processing times may be longer during holidays, promotions, or high-volume periods.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
- North Island: 1-2 business days
- South Island: 1-3 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to postal delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier issues beyond our control.
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order. Te Ao Tae Creative is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier. While we will do our best to assist with lost or delayed packages, we cannot guarantee delivery times and are not liable for delays caused by the shipping provider.
If your package appears to be lost, please contact the NZ Post (have your tracking number ready) or contact us at teaotaecreative@gmail.com and we will do our best to help resolve the issue.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging so we can assist you.
